Clearing the codes will tell it to reevaluate. It was likely only one of them, but should be good to go for a while now. I got the P041D code on my Colorado and according to my troubleshooting I had to remove/replace the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Temperature Sensor - Position 1.
